✔️Agile driven development
✔️Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degree
✔️Support Mendix application users by receiving, investigating, and resolving issues and service requests, ensuring consistent progress updates.
✔️Take ownership of incident resolution, ensuring quick recovery and minimal disruption to Mendix applications and platform services.
✔️Investigate logs, runtime data, and server configurations to identify and resolve performance issues, integration errors, or system failures.
✔️Analyze Mendix application functionality to identify improvements, optimizations, and potential risks.
✔️Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality and data flow across Mendix applications.
✔️Provide software application support in coordination with senior engineers, developers, and platform administrators.
