We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finalizer/Designer to lead the visual execution of a large-scale rebranding initiative for a leading organization in the UAE. You will translate refreshed brand guidelines into impactful, high-quality design solutions across all customer-facing channels.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven expertise in rebranding projects and brand rollouts (strong requirement)

Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and large-scale design execution

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Experience across ATL/BTL campaigns, digital, social, OOH, and marketing collateral

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, version control, and tight deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience in financial services or regulated industries

Strong brand governance and asset management capabilities

Collaborative mindset with copywriters, strategists, and UX/UI teams
