Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end functional delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM modules.
• Conduct business process assessments, gap analyses, and design workshops with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules aligned with client business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and reporting.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for Oracle Cloud adoption and process optimization.
• Support change management, user training, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client’s leadership team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in consulting and Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
• Proven track record with Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM modules.
• Prior experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and HR processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Payroll, and Core HR.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced client environment and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
