We’re looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Data & Analytics) who can lead the design, migration, and transformation of complex data platforms — enabling innovation, intelligence, and agility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data architecture design within the banking domain, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance

Define, refine, and optimize Enterprise and Data Architecture (EA/DA) frameworks — identifying bottlenecks and engineering solutions

Architect and integrate Big Data solutions across on-premises and cloud environments (Cloudera, Oracle ExaCC, etc.)

Drive AI adoption within the data ecosystem — leveraging tools and technologies to advance automation, analytics, and decision-making

Oversee migration and transformation projects, ensuring smooth transition and alignment with business goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data strategies that support digital transformation and business innovation

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

1. Should have 20+ years experience.

2. Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain

3. Strong understanding of banking data architecture, DWH design, and data governance frameworks

4. Expertise with Cloudera, Oracle ExaCC, and related big data technologies

5. Experience in migration and transformation programs

6. Deep knowledge of AI integration within data architectures

7. Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
