Preferably holding Husband's Visa/Golden Visa

Must have more than 8 years experience locally and in UAE.

Responsibilities:

Enquiries & Quotations

Receive all enquiries to prepare offer/ quotation.

Communicate with clients/contractors for clarifications on product specifications, section drawing, material schedule and attends pre- tender meetings when required for proper pricing.

Check BOQ and verify with the drawings, tender / contract specification.

Prepare the project scope and estimate

Prepare design proposal and BOQ for design and built projects.

Send quotations/ proposals to the client.

Contact local & overseas suppliers for pricing and technical clarification as instructed by the Sales Manager.

Purchase order and submittals

Prepare a work program for the project and forward it for approvals to all relevant departments.

Prepare compliance statement according to the project specifications.

Attend meetings if required for submittal/approval purposes.

Assign Estimation Engineer to prepare shop drawings as required for the projects.

Follow up with the clients for all approvals on materials, samples, shop drawings, work program, method statements, etc. and make sure all necessary approval are obtained on time.

Ensure that all approvals, tender documents, estimation and pricing sheets are sent for filing to the Sales Coordinator.
