Duration : 6 Months Extendable Contract
Role Overview:
As a TPO, you’ll serve as the functional owner for one or more business domains, ensuring a deep understanding of end-to-end processes across multiple Lines of Business. You’ll translate business goals into actionable backlogs, manage Agile delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, AI-powered omnichannel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and own product backlogs aligned with the enterprise’s Omni channel & AI vision.
2. Conduct business process analysis and translate needs into clear user stories.
3. Collaborate with Agile squads to deliver high-quality, tested software.
4. Drive alignment with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
Support capability building through standardization and reusable templates.
Ideal Candidate:
1. 6–10 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
2. Strong background in large-scale programs (Contact Center, CRM, AI Automation).
3. Proficient in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
4. Exposure to Genesys Cloud CX, AI/ML, or conversational platforms (e.g., ConvoZen) preferred.
5. Excellent communication and process modeling skills.
6. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Information Systems.
7. Certifications (Preferred): SAFe Product Owner/Manager or Agile Business Analyst.
