Position Summary:
The role is responsible for supporting financial planning, cost control, and inventory management across the supply chain. The incumbent will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, and performance monitoring while driving process efficiency and cost optimization through close coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support costing of products and materials (forward/current).
• Ensure accurate reporting of GC, COGM, and COGS in coordination with vendor.
• Monitor accounting provisions, freight provisioning, and vendor payment cycles.
• Assist in annual budgeting and track budget vs. actual throughout the year.
• Prepare product feasibility analysis for new and existing SKUs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation (actual vs. SAP).
• Lead warehouse inventory controls and oversee MWT approvals for procurement, production, and sales.
• Analyze inventory levels vs. budget and manage SLOB mitigation.
• Monitor inventory at 3P locations and track monthly wastage levels.
• Monitor KPIs across Planning, Procurement, Warehousing (LTL/FTL), Quality Control, and Production, providing insights and variance analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Professional accounting partly qualification (ICMAP / ACCA) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Costing, or FP&A roles.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
