Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 18 years of HSE experience in construction and oil & gas industries, specializing in overseeing large-scale civil projects.
Prior involvement in a corporate HSE management capacity.
Profound understanding of HSE legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and global safety standards.
Demonstrated success in leading diverse HSE teams and establishing robust safety management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Possession of professional HSE certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and ISO Lead Auditor is highly advantageous.
