Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Merchant Acquiring Business Analyst to bridge business and technology across POS & Ecommerce acquiring channels. You’ll define business requirements, enhance acquiring workflows, and support implementation of solutions that ensure compliance, efficiency, and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business/functional requirements for acquiring systems.
- Drive process improvements in onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute handling.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams for solution alignment.
- Lead UAT, migration validation, and change management activities.
Support design and delivery of new acquiring features and enhancements.
Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years in Merchant Acquiring / Payment Processing
- Strong understanding of acquiring lifecycle (onboarding → settlement)
- Knowledge of payment gateways & digital payment flows
- Experience with card scheme processes, reconciliation & dispute handling
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to transaction banking systems, middleware, and APIs (preferred)
