Experience: 1–5 years

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications

Requirement: Only candidates currently based in the UAE and holding a valid driving license will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor enterprise IT services, applications, and MPLS circuits.

Troubleshoot incidents and conduct root cause analysis.

Track SLAs, KPIs, and prepare service health reports.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for service assurance.

Develop automation and monitoring tools to improve efficiency.
