HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is hiring Customer Experience Officers for one of its clients. We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in handling client inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone.
Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad
Salary: 90k per month + benefits as per company policy
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field
Age Limit: Up to 29 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to clients’ inquiries through live chat, email, and telephone promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Conduct client analysis and proactively address issues or concerns.
• Promote available products and services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in handling client communication via live chat, email, and telephone.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
• Energetic, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
