Location: Dubai, UAE (Extensive travel across the MEA region required)

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – Audio Visual (Control Rooms) will be responsible for leading and driving the Control Rooms and Collaborative Room business across the MEA region. This role involves full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with the sales teams to expand market reach, strengthen relationships with system integrators, and deliver end-to-end control room solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·Take complete ownership of the Control Rooms Business across the MEA region.

·Work closely with the Sales Team to provide support, guidance, and expertise as required.

·Expand market reach to System Integrators and End Customers in collaboration with the Sales Team.

·Organize and participate in roadshows, trade shows, and industry events to promote solutions and build brand presence.

·Liaise with OEMs to ensure availability of all products required for complete control room solutions.

·Stay updated on the latest technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings, and support the Sales Team with relevant insights.

·Ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are consistently achieved.

Experience Required:

·Minimum 10 years of experience in selling control room solutions and related products.

.Strong knowledge of Audio-Visual technologies and solutions.

·Good understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics.

·Thorough understanding of sales processes specific to control room solutions.

·Technically inclined with proven experience in selling high-value capital equipment.

Qualification:

·Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering).

·MBA is an added advantage.
