Salary: AED 4,500-5000 AED + AED 500 Fuel/Transportation Allowance
We are looking for a detail-oriented F&B professional to join our client as an F&B Operations Auditor. This role is ideal for a DCDP or CDP who wants to move into an operations and quality auditing role within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on kitchen operations and food preparation standards
Ensure proper vegetable cutting techniques (Julienne, Dice, Chiffonade, etc.) are followed by kitchen staff
Conduct sauce texture checks as per KCAL SOP – including taste, consistency, and viscosity checks
Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with kitchen quality standards
Support the F&B Manager in maintaining high food quality across operations
Candidate Profile:
Currently working as DCDP / CDP and willing to transition into an auditing role
Strong understanding of kitchen SOPs and food preparation standards
Detail-oriented with good reporting skills
