QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements:

1. Post Graduation with Project Management Certified professionals [PMP or Prince2 Certified Professional has added advantage]

2. Banking Experience and Project Management hands on experience is MUST.

3. Overall, #16_18 years of experience, out of which minimum #10+ years in banking and out of which minimum 6 years of project management experience. (not scrum master, product owners, developer)

4. Well versed with Microsoft Project plan, clarity, Jira & confluence tools. 5. Hands on experience on collating estimates, managed the impact analysis, prepared Business cases, project charter

6. Able to prepare MIS reports for various levels of management

7. Handled risk registers, change request and managed end-to-end financials 8. Good communication & articulation skills

9. Managed CxO level stakeholders from business & technology side

10. Role is individual contributor and NO direct management of BA”s or developers orany one

11. Well versed in managing other vendors (ex : testing vendor or application vendor) fordelivery

12. Handled project closure, project capitalization processes

13. Self-driven & go-getter

14. Work experience on Dataside or Regulatory Compliance in banking is added advantage.
