Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure organizational compliance with all labor laws and industrial regulations
- Provide expert legal advice on employment law and ER matters.
- Manage internal employee disputes, conduct inquiries, and support grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Represent HRSG in courts, manage external counsel, and handle litigation pertaining to labor and employment matters.
- Engage with labour departments, client HR heads, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth inspections, compliance, and legal clarity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM (mandatory); specialization in labor/employment law preferred
- 3-4 years in Legal, IR, and ER in a corporate or industrial setting
- Ability to manage labor disputes, handle litigation, and represent the company in court proceedings.
