Experience in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of technical systems and solutions within the treasury function of a financial institution.
Treasury Systems Solutions Manager is expected to blend technical expertise and financial knowledge to ensure that the treasury systems, tools, and processes are optimized, automated, and running smoothly. This role will work closely with both I&T and Information Technology (IT) teams to develop, implement, and maintain the systems that manage cash, liquidity, financial risk, and other treasury operations.
Qualifications
Treasury & Finance Knowledge
o Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, financial instruments, and liquidity management.
o Familiarity with risk management concepts and financial regulations (SOX, Dodd-Frank, etc.).
Technical Proficiency
o Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS, Finastra, Finacle Treasury etc.).
o Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and data flows between financial software.
