Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Banking / Cards domain
Strong hands-on experience with Vision PLUS migration or implementation
In-depth understanding of: Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement)
BIN migration, card plastics, embossing, and personalization
Experience managing vendors and card processors
Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project management
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
Experience with large-scale digital transformation or core system migration
Exposure to multiple card platforms (VisionPLUS, Way4, TSYS, FirstVision)
