Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP modules and contribute to real-world ERP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules using Python and XML

Support Odoo implementations, configurations, testing, and deployments

Work closely with senior developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Participate in requirement analysis and preparation of technical documentation

Ensure code quality and adherence to Odoo best practices and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Working knowledge of Odoo framework and ERP concepts

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PostgreSQL

Understanding of XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills for effective remote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on project or professional experience in Odoo development

Exposure to Accounting, Inventory, or CRM modules

Experience supporting ERP implementations is an added advantage
