An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Export Sales professional to drive growth across Europe, USA, GCC, and Levant markets.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Senior Export Sales Manager will be responsible for leading export sales strategy, managing distributors and channel partners, expanding market penetration, and delivering sustainable growth in sales volume, value, and profitability while strengthening brand presence across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Strategic Business Plans and Annual Operating Plans
Identify, appoint, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners
Drive sales volume, value, and gross margin targets across markets
Implement channel development, trade promotions, and brand-building initiatives
Monitor distributor performance through structured KPIs
Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, pricing, and trends
Oversee private label, food service, and bulk export business where applicable
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and trade policies
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and logistics
Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and management presentations
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field
8–12 years of experience in export sales / international trade (FMCG or food products preferred)
Strong experience with distributor-led business models
In-depth knowledge of Europe, USA, GCC & Levant markets
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Arabic language is an added advantage
Willingness to travel extensively
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to 32000- AED 35,000
Sales commission as per company policy
