Requirements:
6–10 years of experience in the construction field
Strong knowledge of HVAC design, fire-fighting systems, and plumbing design
Proven UAE experience is mandatory
Ability to design and size ductwork and AC equipment
Experience managing foremen, site manpower, and subcontractors
A proven track record of completed construction projects clearly mentioned in the CV
Hands-on experience in preparing: Shop drawings, Method statements, Material submittals, Material requisitions
Ideal candidates will have strong site coordination skills and experience working with main contractors or MEP contractors on medium to large-scale projects.
