Job Type: Permanent Requirement

Salary Range: 100,000/- to 150,000/-

Description:

-Proactively dealing the process of onboarding Corporate clients with the supervision of assigned Team Leader

-Supervising ARMs for dealing day to day tasks with Credit Administration Department/Lawyers/Clients etc.

-Drafting Credit Proposals and Credit Reviews, Presenting credit proposals to Credit Committee with Team Leader.

-Assist in due diligence of Corporate clients with Compliance department.

-Evaluate and execute investment banking syndicate transactions with detailed screening, valuation, structuring, term sheets, negotiations, documentation and conducting all necessary pre and post

disbursement formalities.

Qualification Required:

BBA/MBA in Finance

Experience:

02-03 Years of Experience in Banking/Finance industry preferred.
