Experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on QA involvement
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA processes
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or Azure DevOps
Ability to write and execute test cases and perform defect analysis
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and ability to translate requirements into visual concepts
Prior experience working with ticketing system, hardware/IoT and content management system
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)
Familiarity with cloud platforms, dashboards, and analytics used in IoT solutions
Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and gap analysis
Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management
