Skills Required:-

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager

Proven experience delivering Digital Transformation projects in Government / Public Sector

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC methodologies

Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Vendors)

Familiarity with digital platforms, portals, APIs, cloud, or low-code solutions

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master)

Experience with Smart Government, e-Services, or Citizen-centric platforms

Exposure to Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale)

Knowledge of governance, compliance, and procurement processes in government projects

Language skills preferred: Arabic
