What you’ll do

- Translate real-world HSE processes into clear requirements for data/AI teams

- Support AI-enabled use cases (incident analytics, PTW insights, predictive safety, etc.)

- Validate model outputs, dashboards, and analytics for operational relevance

- Work closely with HSE, operations, product managers, and data teams through build and rollout

What we’re looking for

- 5–10 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas operations/projects

- Strong hands-on knowledge of incident management, PTW, JSA/TRA, SIMOPS, contractor HSE

- Excellent documentation, structured thinking, and stakeholder communication skills

- Comfortable working with digital/analytics teams (non-coding)

- English required | Arabic a plus

Nice to have

- Exposure to AI, analytics, or digital transformation projects

- Experience with tools like PTW systems, incident management platforms, Power BI, CMMS

Not a fit if

- Purely corporate HSE with no field exposure

- Looking for a people management role

- Uncomfortable working with technical teams
