Experience: 4 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
▪️Administer and support workflow-based conversationalAI platforms (low-code / no-code)
▪️Provide L2/ L3 application support for production issues
▪️Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with internal teams and platform vendors
▪️Integrate and validate RESTAPIs for transactional intents
▪️Monitor application performance, intent success rates, and error logs
▪️Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
▪️Work closely with business teams to enhance and optimize use cases
Required Experience & Skills:
▪️4–7 years of experience in Application Support roles
▪️Experience supporting conversationalAI / chatbot platforms
▪️Strong knowledge of RESTAPIs, JSON, and integration troubleshooting
▪️Understanding of NLP, Speech Recognition, and Text-to-Speech concepts
▪️Experience in banking or financial services is preferred
▪️Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
