Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry, especially infrastructure projects
Professional certification in Procurement is mandatory
Strong experience in sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and materials/subcontract procurement
Solid knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes
Ability to handle RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and purchase orders independently
