Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Network & Cybersecurity Specialist responsible for managing network infrastructure, ensuring system security, and supporting surveillance technology operations. The ideal candidate will maintain secure, reliable networks while implementing cybersecurity best practices to protect company systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

* Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks to ensure high availability and performance.

* Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV networks, surveillance servers, and access control systems.

* Implement cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security.

* Perform vulnerability assessments and apply security patches and updates.

* Monitor network traffic and investigate suspicious activities or security incidents.

* Ensure secure remote access and data protection protocols.

* Troubleshoot network, system, and surveillance-related technical issues.

* Maintain documentation for network architecture and security procedures.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).

* Experience with firewalls, network security tools, and cybersecurity frameworks.

* Familiarity with CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, and surveillance infrastructure.

* Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and network monitoring tools.

* Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as threat detection, risk assessment, and data protection.

* Experience with cloud networking/security (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

* Preferred (Advanced/Security-Oriented) Skills

* Knowledge of SIEM tools and security monitoring.

* Experience with incident response and security audits.

* Ability to design secure network architecture for surveillance environments.
