Key Responsibilities

Operational Finance: Oversee daily financial operations for both F&B and Retail segments, including inventory control, COGS analysis, and waste management.

Strategic Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with a focus on store-level performance and consolidated group results.

SAP B1 Mastery: Manage and optimize the SAP Business One environment, ensuring seamless integration between POS systems and financial modules.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide rolling forecasts to support business expansion.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and manage external audit relationships.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5–7 years of finance experience, with a mandatory background in the F&B and Retail sectors.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on experience with SAP Business One is essential.

Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE financial regulations and VAT.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for the operations team.
