Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end International Carrier Relations (ICR) service delivery

• Manage data interconnect capacity planning and cost-of-sale design

• Oversee IP Transit, MPLS, Voice Interconnect, Roaming & Messaging services

• Coordinate with Technology, Procurement, Finance & Sales teams

• Own SLA governance, MSA/OSS agreements, and carrier operational reviews

• Manage submarine cable route dependencies and global carrier relationships

• Act as decision authority during disaster and crisis recovery situations

• Ensure service performance exceeds agreed customer expectations

Required Profile

• 7+ years telecom experience (Wholesale / Carrier environment preferred)

• Strong exposure to International Carrier Relations & IP Transit

• Solid routing knowledge (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, IPSEC)

• Understanding of SDH, Ethernet technologies & global submarine networks

• Experience managing capacity allocation & cost optimization

• Engineering Degree in Telecommunications / Networking

• Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
