✔️ Strong experience managing technical changes within Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments

✔️ Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end PAM change activities including configuration updates, integrations, and policy modifications

✔️ Hands-on experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic / Delinea, or similar tools

✔️ Conduct impact assessments, risk evaluations, and readiness checks prior to implementing changes

✔️ Perform testing and validation of PAM changes to ensure functionality, security, and operational stability

✔️ Maintain detailed change documentation, including change records, technical procedures, test results, and rollback plans

✔️ Collaborate with security, infrastructure, operations, and application teams to ensure smooth change execution

✔️ Ensure changes follow security controls, governance frameworks, approval workflows, and audit requirements

✔️ Troubleshoot issues arising from PAM changes and support root cause analysis and remediation

✔️ Contribute to continuous improvement of PAM processes, standards, and operational best practices

✔️ Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

➕ Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments

➕ Knowledge of ITIL change management processes or equivalent frameworks

➕ Certification or training in ITIL Change Management

➕ Background in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Infrastructure Engineering

➕ Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
