Key Responsibilities:
• Verify software and hardware releases to ensure alignment with the latest versions (Quarterly)
• Install and commission ServiceNow software updates as required (Monthly)
• Review product roadmaps, end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-support (EOS) notices and proactively notify stakeholders
• Perform and execute periodic system overhauls (3 times during engagement)
• Deliver Training & Adoption sessions for users – approximately 20 days
