MB Services is seeking full-time, Dubai-based Wolof-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both Wolof and English. Prior experience in back-office customer service is considered an advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You should also be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Salary: AED 4,000 (Inclusive of Bonus)
Location: Dubai Outsource City (On-site)
