Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the SCRUM process for our development team and ensure smooth Agile delivery.

Role Description:

• Lead and manage the SCRUM process for the development team

• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and best practices

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members

• Ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized

• Work closely with Product Managers to ensure clear user stories and managed dependencies

• Manage sprint ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are achieved

• Prepare progress reports on sprint velocity, blockers, achievements, and technical debt

• Ensure teams follow agreed delivery, testing, and documentation practices

Required Skills:

• Experience managing Agile projects and SCRUM teams

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Documentation, Boards, Sprints, Backlogs, Tickets)

• Knowledge of CI/CD principles

• Familiarity with Azure Application Insights and SonarCloud

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
