Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in tendering and estimation
Oman experience is mandatory
Proven experience in road construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ analysis, cost estimation, and tender documentation
Experience handling government and private sector tenders
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders for road and infrastructure projects
Analyze BOQs, drawings, and project specifications to develop accurate estimates
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure competitive pricing and timely submission of tender documents
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation
Maintain proper tender documentation and records
