✔️ Strong experience as a SQL Server DBA in enterprise environments

✔️ Manage, optimize, and maintain high availability of SQL Server databases

✔️ Ensure performance tuning, database integrity, and system reliability

✔️ Implement and enforce database security, backup, recovery, and compliance strategies

✔️ Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Azure Data Studio

✔️ Experience using SQL Server Profiler, Extended Events, and Performance Monitor (PerfMon) for monitoring and troubleshooting

✔️ Strong expertise in query optimization and performance tuning using Database Engine Tuning Advisor (DTA)

✔️ Experience managing jobs and automation using SQL Server Agent

✔️ Hands-on experience with Redgate SQL Toolbelt or similar database tools

✔️ Exposure to Azure SQL and management via Microsoft Azure Portal

✔️ Experience with PowerShell (SQL Server Module) for automation and scripting

✔️ Ensure database systems meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards

✔️ Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams for performance and issue resolution

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills in complex production environments

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

➕ Experience with high availability solutions (Always On, Failover Clustering, Replication)

➕ Exposure to cloud and hybrid database environments

➕ Experience with automation and scripting for database operations

➕ Knowledge of database auditing and compliance frameworks

➕ Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Language skills: English, Arabic (preferred)
