Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree | Fluent in English
• 1+ year in data management/client profiling (banking preferred)
• Experience handling large datasets
• Analytical, detail-oriented
• Proficient in data tools (e.g., CRM, Bankers Almanac)
• Banking products & regulatory awareness
Responsibility:
Client Engagement:
• Partner with relationship managers to understand onboarding challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Support clients in efficient onboarding processes.
Data Analysis:
• Analyze client data to identify trends and cross-/upsell opportunities.
• Prepare reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk:
• Ensure data activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.
• Maintain data quality to reduce risk from inaccurate information.
Collaboration:
• Work with RMs, sales, and stakeholders to meet data needs.
• Provide regular updates to ensure alignment.
Technology:
• Use data tools to streamline processes.
• Stay updated on data management best practices.
