Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer/Developer with 5–6 years of experience in designing and developing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, Figma design, and modern UI/UX best practices, along with hands-on exposure to the latest UX technologies and design trends.

Candidates can be Arabic-speaking or non-Arabic-speaking, with experience in creating responsive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand business, product, and user requirements to create effective design solutions.

- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.

- Design high-quality user interfaces using Figma and other relevant design tools.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.

- Develop and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

- Apply modern UX methodologies and best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

- Stay updated with the latest UX technologies, tools, design trends, and industry standards.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations where applicable.

- Work closely with front-end or development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Review developed screens/pages and provide feedback to ensure alignment with approved designs.

- Optimize interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across multiple devices and platforms.

- 5 to 6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI/UX Developer, or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience in:

Wireframing

Figma design

Prototyping

User flows

Responsive UI design

Strong understanding of:

UX principles

Interaction design

Information architecture

Visual hierarchy

Accessibility standards

Usability best practices

Experience with modern design tools such as:

Figma (mandatory)

Adobe XD / Sketch / Photoshop / Illustrator (good to have)

Familiarity with the latest UX technologies, design systems, and digital experience trends.
