Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement planning, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders

• Review drawings, BOQs, and project requirements

• Source and manage suppliers/subcontractors

• Ensure timely delivery and cost control across all packages

Package Exposure:

Structural, finishing, infrastructure, waterproofing, façade, aluminum & glazing, steel, landscaping & MEP coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

• 5–7+ years UAE/GCC experience in civil procurement

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• ERP/MS Office proficiency

Preferred:

High-rise, villa, and mixed-use project experience
