-Agency experience is a must
-Experience working across multiple industries (e.g. FMCG, F&B, real estate, services, etc.)
-Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimisation (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.)
-Ability to clearly explain results and performance, even though the role is not client-facing
-Good communication skills for internal reporting and collaboration
