Someone who can take full control of day-to-day operations across multiple interior fit-out projects, drive execution, enforce structure, and ensure deadlines are met without constant management involvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / project coordination

• Strong technical understanding of civil, MEP, joinery & finishing works

• Confident in managing teams, pushing progress, and solving problems on the ground

• Fluent in English, with Arabic, Russian, or other European languages preferred
