Essential Criteria: UAE Driving License, strong leadership and coordination skills; results-driven with the ability to manage drivers and fleet operations efficiently

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in transport/distribution supervision, preferably in FMCG, trading, or logistics

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Job Description: To oversee day-to-day transportation operations including route planning, fleet allocation, and driver supervision; ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries; monitor vehicle utilization and performance; manage transport-related documentation and regulatory compliance; coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations; handle delivery issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Working Hours: 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday
