Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
• Follow up with vendors on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts teams for smooth procurement process
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details
• Support inventory planning to ensure product availability
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required
• Ensure timely updating of procurement data in system/Excel
Requirements:
• Filipino Female candidate preferred
• Experience as Purchase Assistant in Retail or Fashion industry
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor coordination
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel and documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• UAE experience preferred
