Job Summary:
Are you a highly skilled Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) expert with deep experience in ForgeRock and a proven track record in complex migrations? We are seeking an exceptional CIAM ForgeRock Migration Specialist for an exciting 6-month contract role, based in either Jordan or Dubai.
- Analyze and migrate various ForgeRock components, including AM, IDM, DS (Directory Services), custom nodes, workflows, scripts, and connectors.
- Develop and implement a robust migration strategy covering pre-checks, environment readiness, compatibility testing, custom code review, and backup procedures.
- Manage complex token-related changes, ensuring the proper handling of session tokens, OAuth tokens, SSO tokens, and signing keys during the upgrade.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues using ForgeRock logs and relevant tools to maintain system stability and performance.
- Develop custom extensions, Java classes, and job files as needed to support business requirements and migration goals.
