- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Perform cold calls and outreach activities to introduce ENGAGE’s services and generate leads.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
- Support in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the leads database and track client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper follow-up on business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors within the HR consulting and training industry.
▪️ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in 𝗕𝟮𝗕 sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
