- Draft, format, and send professional emails and client communications.
- Prepare and review proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain and update client data and sales activities on the CRM system.
- Track sales pipeline progress and support reporting when needed.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients.
- Participate in networking events and represent ENGAGE professionally to build and maintain client relationships.
