What you’ll do:

Lead full lifecycle software development projects

Manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps)

Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and stakeholder engagement

Oversee architecture discussions and technical decisions

Ensure quality, timelines, and business alignment

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP .NET, .NET Core) and Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)

Proven track record managing large-scale IT projects

Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent leadership and communication skills

PMP / Scrum certifications (preferred)

Experience in UAE or enterprise/government projects is a big plus!
