Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and service bookings
Coordinate with technicians and operations team for smooth service delivery
Maintain and update customer records and booking systems
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups
Administrative Tasks:
Manage daily reports, documentation, and filing
Maintain front desk records and logs (visitors, calls, bookings)
Support basic HR/admin coordination when required
Assist in invoice preparation, data entry, and documentation
Ensure office reception area is organized and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Presentable and well-dressed
Good communication skills in English
Previous front desk/customer service experience
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
