✨ Role Overview:

As an Apparel Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing seasonal collections, aligning design concepts with market trends, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to production.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop seasonal apparel collections aligned with brand identity

• Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes

• Collaborate with merchandisers and buyers to meet commercial goals

• Develop tech packs, sketches, and product specifications

• Source fabrics, trims, and materials based on design and cost targets

• Work closely with manufacturers to ensure quality and feasibility

• Oversee sampling, fittings, and production processes

• Ensure product quality, fit, and compliance with UAE standards

🎯 Key Requirements:

✔ 8–10 years of experience in apparel design (retail/fashion)

✔ Mandatory UAE/Dubai market experience

✔ Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction & manufacturing

✔ Experience working with factories (local & international)

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools

✔ Strong understanding of costing and product lifecycle

🌟 Preferred:

• Degree in Fashion Design or related field

• Experience in fast fashion / high-volume retail brands

• Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices
