🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch

• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock audits

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift operators, etc.)

• Optimize warehouse layout and improve operational efficiency

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams

• Monitor shipment handling and documentation

• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management/supervision

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Office

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

• Forklift certification is a plus
