Manage greenfield & brownfield project execution and commissioning
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI)
Requirements
10–12 years FMCG/Food industry experience
Minimum 3 years in Edible Oil manufacturing (mandatory)
BTech / MSc in Food Technology or equivalent
Proven experience in plant operations, commissioning & expansion projects
Strong leadership in cross-functional manufacturing environments
